Christmas Eve

Last night we had a few people over for Christmas Eve. It wasn't the usual big get together, but we've just been so busy that I wasn't prepared to do something like that. So, we asked Clay, Heather, Mike, and Amy over and made appetizers like guac, cheese dip, spinach dip, shrimp dim sum stuff (from the freezer section at Costco), etc. Amy brought some 7 layer cookie bars which I forced her to leave behind.

We all just hung out, drank wine, ate, and talked. Clay and Heather got me some Pinot Gris from A to Z vinyard, which I just adore. They also got us a gift certificate to Terra Cotta Kitchen and got Kyle a mini popcorn maker (the ones that look like the real popcorn carts).

Jack enjoyed entertaining everyone with his new walking skills and his old charming skills. Here are a few pictures of the evening:
